While not the biggest festival in Syracuse, West Street Cultural Fair is definitely one of the best! Full of music and dance performances, great food, loads of culture, and arts & crafts, this is a truly special event that shouldn't be missed. It's a great highlight to the Westcott community and embraces the eclectic cultures that are there.
